This data is essential for fulfilment of our services and operational communication.

• Not sharing your username or password with anyone, whether internally or externally. Password sharing increases the risk of unauthorised access and violates POPIA principles (IS Decisions, WebIT Services).

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring access is restricted only to those authorised within your organisation.

• Reporting any suspected breach or misuse of your account immediately to Cemblocks.

Failure to comply may lead to suspension of access and other remedial actions to ensure data security.
